At AMALIE ROSE, we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• The original tags are still attached
• The item is in its original packaging

How does it work? Send an email to hello@amalie-rose.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a confirmation with further instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund Once the return is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Would you like a different size or colour? Return the item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the correct item.
