Shipping
We ship from a warehouse within the European Union. Delivery takes 4 to 8 working days.
Shipping costs depend on the country you order from. You'll see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay — never a surprise afterwards.
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the Czech Republic.
We ship Monday to Friday. If something takes longer, we write to you ourselves. You won't have to chase us.
Returns and exchanges
Fourteen days to change your mind, no reason needed. The period starts on the day you receive your order.
Just let us know you want to withdraw — an email is enough. We'll send you the return address. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. Your refund follows within fourteen days of the goods reaching us, or of you providing proof of postage.

Exchanges — tell us which size you'd like instead. We'll set it aside so it doesn't sell out in the meantime.
Better to prevent than to process
Every garment comes with its measurements in centimetres, taken from the garment itself. If you're between sizes, send us your bust, waist and hip measurements at hello@amalie-rose.com. We'll check and reply, usually the same working day — even when the answer is that it probably won't fit.
Why we write this out at length
Fear of returning things is why many women don't order at all. If you know exactly how it works, you don't have to think about it so long.
