Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the AMALIE-ROSE online shop.

2. Contracting party

The contract of sale is concluded with Nightlife Vr B.V., Oostzijde 289, 1508 EN Zaandam, Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 78195845, VAT identification number NL861298433B01, trading as AMALIE-ROSE.

3. Formation of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The order confirmation is sent by email and does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is formed once we dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country. They are shown separately before you complete your order, so you see the full amount before you pay.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 4 to 8 working days of receipt of payment. Goods are dispatched from a warehouse within the European Union. The countries we deliver to and the cost of shipping there are shown during the ordering process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply. These are payable by the customer and are not collected by us.

6. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal instructions. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
